Content Warning: This writing discusses terrorist events orchestrated by the CIA Checchi family cult leaders based in California. I have been mired in a lawsuit against this CIA family network (which has been parked at the Supreme Court) since 2020. I understand that to the average citizen, some of this information sounds crazy and it is (!!!), but it’s all true. In case you have not heard, the shooting on Super Bowl Sunday at Lakewood church in Texas was another active shooter situation orchestrated by the CIA-Harvard-Mormon Checchi family in Los Angeles. The reason for this shooting, I was told, is because pastor Joel Osteen would not pay his "taxes" to the Checchi family for their “protection” of his flock. So, the Checchi's sent in a shooter to shake things up and send Joel a message. For over five decades, the Checchi family have been a pure mafia racket with government funding and a CIA badge that kept their outrageous shenanigans and crimes against humanity covered in secrecy. They are turning “Make America Great Again” into “Merciless Authoritarianism Governs America” or “Menacing Ambitions: Greed Amplified.” No matter what your political perspective is, all Americans need to be concerned about the aggressively dangerous CIA Checchi family cult. Read this entire letter and the writings attached to this email (or at the links below), and judge for yourself. I’m writing what I know to be true from firsthand experiences with these people.
Last year, I sent Pastor Joel Osteen my writing about the CIA Checchi family cult and I'm guessing he investigated my claims and found them to be true. As a man of deep Christian persuasion, it was against his conscience to give money to a confirmed terrorist organization operating in Texas - and throughout the entire country.
At the exact same time this shooting took place at Lakewood church, former President Donald Trump (one of the leaders of the CIA Checchi family cult) released a message to the world that he would not stop "Russia" from attacking any nation that did not pay their dues. [Among D.C. insiders, "Russia" is a code name for the Checchi family cult because the Checchi's control large Russian businesses and they often guide Putin in many ways - including influencing him to invade Ukraine. This is the real reason why Trump "loves" Putin and Kim Jong Un - they are all part of the CIA Checchi family cult.] In other words, Trump was saying he could have stopped the shooting at Lakewood church but did not stop it because Pastor Joel did not pay his dues to the Checchi family. Trump aided and abetted this terrorist event in Texas because he knew about it but would not stop it. I hope an attorney in Texas can sue the pants off these Checchi terrorists for the harm they did to people in Texas by orchestrating another terrorist event – terrorizing and psychologically torturing an entire community. The CIA Checchi family cult leaders are masquerading as U.S. government/democracy people, and they have frequently abused their power by orchestrating these active shooters for over three decades (using taxpayer money to instill terror and fear in American civilians). These corrupt leaders are a threat to public safety and world peace.
This CIA Checchi family situation is an emergency for America’s national security as they orchestrate active shooters, mass shootings and school shootings to protest court rulings against them. This is why Trump predicts with confidence that there will be terrorist events in America this year – because the courts are ruling against the Checchi cult leaders in multiple court proceedings. They are being held accountable for their prolific crimes against humanity throughout the world.
Their terrorist events are getting worse as the Checchi’s protest a new law from President Biden who is trying to curtail their terrorist events. On February 8, 2024 the Whitehouse released National Security Memorandum 20 (https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/presidential-actions/2024/02/08/national-security-memorandum-on-safeguards-and-accountability-with-respect-to-transferred-defense-articles-and-defense-services/), that is aimed to take away their government funding if they continue to violate international law by injuring innocent civilians in their operations. I can tell you that it seems the CIA Checchi family cult is starting to show signs of division – which is good for America and the world, if it’s true. Some of the wacko, drunk & high Checchi cult leaders are doubling down on terrorist events. At least two of the cult leaders claim they have “seen the light” and are now helping President Biden try to stop Checchi family terrorism. That’s where this new memorandum idea came from. Time will tell if their ‘conversion’ is genuine or if it’s another spy game from professional manipulators / deceivers.
The Checchi cult leaders are known to be brutal serial killers of innocent people. For example, they have been known to crash civilian planes with hundreds of passengers just to kill one person who was the target for assassination. They are barbaric, inhumane savages. Psychopaths with no conscience or laws to contain their conduct – until now: National Security Memorandum 20. The CIA-Harvard-Mormon Checchi family terrorist cult has been very active in every state and jurisdiction throughout North America for many decades. From orchestrating mass shootings, school shootings, train derailments, opioid mass murders and other terrorist events they orchestrate, the leaders of the CIA Checchi family cult have proven over and over again that they are a threat to public safety and world peace. This letter and the attached writings (and the documents at the links at the end of this letter) will give you more information about why this cult is a dangerous threat to American democracy and the rule of law. This is information every citizen needs to know.
An example of their continued brutality and abuse of power can be seen in the school shooting that occurred in Perry, Iowa, on January 4, 2024. This school shooting is another tragedy alleged to have been orchestrated by the CIA-Harvard-Mormon Checchi family. It's suggested that this violent act was aimed at intimidating Iowa's authorities. Some leaders in Iowa are reportedly distancing themselves from any association with the CIA Checchi family cult. Since this happened days before the traditional Iowa caucuses, this school shooting could be viewed as voter intimidation.
Most Americans will NOT support any organization connected to terrorism, including the CIA Checchi family cult. Allegations suggest that this group has maintained its existence by silencing those who have attempted to expose their severe and prolific corruption. They've built a significant influence machine by operating covertly and eliminating all opposition.
The recent mass shooting in Iowa underscores the continued challenges in permanently halting this terrorist organization, preventing any potential reopening in the future. The accumulation of immense power by a single family, effectively above the law, raises concerns and underscores the urgency to address this issue.
Before I get to the issue of drug overdoses in America, please allow me to bring up one important topic that is critical to our democracy. It has been said that you should never discuss politics in polite company. So as not to be rude, I want to be clear that I'm not taking either side of the Republican or Democrat parties. I'm concerned about the CIA Checchi family cult leaders (who are also behind orchestrating the opioid epidemic) and their hijacking of both political parties for their own selfish, greedy profit and glory. So, please just give me a little time to explain a controversial issue about former President Trump and the corrupt CIA Checchi family cult that is attempting to hijack American democracy...
On December 22, 2023, California Governor Gavin Newsom (who is a leader of the CIA Checchi family terrorist cult on the West Coast) came out with a statement discouraging California’s electoral leaders from working to take Republican Donald J. Trump (who is another leader of the CIA Checchi family cult) off the ballot in California (https://thehill.com/homenews/state-watch/4374706-newsom-warns-trump-ballot-efforts-political-distraction/). Why would a Democrat leader like Newsom do that? Because you can’t take Trump off the ballot too quickly or an independent, legitimate Republican candidate that the Checchi’s don’t control can rise up and take Trump’s place, causing problems for the Checchi family cult’s firm grip on power.
This made clear to me what I think is likely going to happen in 2024: This whole situation of Trump being guilty of insurrection… and saying that he will be a dictator on day one… and Trump quoting Hitler in his campaign speeches… are all games that point to another CIA Checchi game brewing to frame certain American citizens (like they did when they orchestrated the insurrection). They are drawing out people in America who are tyrant/dictator sympathizers, so that these people can be targeted and eliminated in one way or another. Doing this sort of thing is how the CIA Checchi family makes billions of dollars, by finding and targeting people who are a threat to America’s national security. This is another unfair CIA Checchi family tactic because some people just vote Republican (or Democrat, as the case may be) and support the Republican (or Democrat) person, no matter who the candidate is or how stupid that person sounds. There are some people who will defend their party because that is their team. Party loyalty is prioritized above critical thinking on merits of political issues or qualifications of the candidate. So, in essence, this new CIA Checchi family political game is another attack on unsophisticated, naïve, gullible people who have no idea they are being set up and framed as threats to America’s national security.
My theory is that Trump has agreed to be part of this scam in exchange for a pardon from Joe Biden, after Biden wins a second term. Biden will say something like, ‘this legal drama with Trump could go on and on and it’s time for it to end so Americans can heal from division.” This is the same thing President Ford did when he pardoned President Nixon, so there is a precedent for such an action.
The Supreme Court’s role in this is to help slow down the wheels of justice so that the legal process gets carried out after the 2024 election when Biden can give everyone involved a complete pardon. That’s why the Supreme Court denied the request from Special Counsel to expedite Trump’s immunity claim. The Justices are part of this new CIA Checchi family scam where they will make ungodly sums of money and dominate another election, making American voters a pawn in a deceitful game of power and control. Elections in the 2020s have been meaningless because the CIA Checchi family cult leaders control all the candidates and choose what rights people have and don’t have. For example, they have blocked meaningful gun legislation so they can retain access to military-style guns which they use for the mass shootings they orchestrate. These shootings impose maximum, grisly deaths on innocent Americans as a form of intimidation to the political, judicial, and military leaders who are attempting to hold the Checchi family accountable for their lawless behavior and their crimes against humanity.
As ChatGPT says about Nixon’s pardon, “President Gerald Ford granted a full and unconditional pardon to Richard Nixon, his predecessor as President of the United States, on September 8, 1974. He cited the reason for the pardon as an attempt to help the country move past the trauma and divisions caused by the Watergate scandal.
In his pardon statement, Ford said, ‘It could go on and on and on, or someone must write the end to it. I have concluded that only I can do that, and if I can, I must.’
However, the pardon was controversial and faced significant public backlash as many saw it as a way to shield Nixon from potential criminal charges related to the Watergate scandal, which included allegations of obstruction of justice, abuse of power, and other illegal activities within his administration.”
If my theory is accurate, I feel sorry for all the judicial professionals and the Department of Justice people who have been working so hard to ensure the Rule of Law and hold people accountable for their unjust and illegal actions for the insurrection and other CIA Checchi crimes against the American people. Money and time is wasted. Many innocent lives have been snuffed out in these mass shootings orchestrated by the CIA Checchi family terrorists. All the wheels of justice spin as if they are mired in mud – a genuine CIA Checchi family conspiracy.
At the end of this farce, the CIA Checchi family cult leaders will maintain their illegitimate power, make billions of dollars playing/scamming manipulative games of undue influence and entrapment - drawing out Nazi, tyrant/dictator sympathizers. Ultimately, the American people are the losers. This is another show of power that demonstrates genuine democracy, and the Rule of Law are in serious trouble in America. Before I start with my typical update of CIA Checchi family cult leader’s laundry list of crimes and shenanigans, I’ll tell you a true story. The years this happened were 2014, 2015 and 2016. Obama was president, Biden was vice president and the Checchi’s were in full swing using me as bait to kill secret society people (many of whom were Republicans). The Checchi’s forced me into being one of the many homeless people in Southern California. This suited the narrative the Checchi’s were spreading about me and gave an excuse for secret society people (many of them conservative Republicans) to try to attack me or kill me.
The Checchi’s offered financial bounties to secret society people who would try to find me, attack me, and kill me. It was NOT a fun time. I ended up with PTSD and found out the Checchi’s (who were among my closest friends at the time) were not genuine friends at all and they could not be trusted. Their plan worked: Secret society people came to find me and try to collect the bounty that had been placed on my head.
Venice Beach, California (where I was living as a homeless person in my van), had over 1 million tourists every year and some of them were coming from all over the world to find me and attack me. Some even tried to kill me. Once they came after me, the Checchi’s would kill them because they had proof these secret society people were a threat to national security. They were killing many, many people.
I had no idea the Checchi’s were lying to me so that I would help them with this project (for example, they told me the lie that President Obama was the person giving me orders to be involved in this operation). I had no idea they were making billions of dollars off me (and not paying me one dime). They told me that the family of LBJ and the Bush family in Texas were sending these people to kill me (this was not true). This whole scenario was part of the Checchi war against the Bush family in Texas and Republicans, in general.
If you have ever wondered what is happening to the Republican Party as we see it disintegrate before our eyes in the 2020s, this is part of the CIA Checchi family war against the Republican Party. These poor Republicans don’t seem to understand that the CIA Checchi family is orchestrating the destruction of the Republican Party. Ironically, Republicans (many of them religious, conservative people) bend over backwards to do whatever the Checchi’s tell them to do – not realizing the CIA Checchi family cult leaders are walking Republicans off a cliff, which is what we’ve seen happen for the past several years.
If I’m not mistaken, Donald Trump was a Democrat for much of his adult life. He gave a lot of money to the Clintons, starting in the 1990s. Trump is one of the top CIA Checchi cult leaders and he is helping the CIA Checchi family destroy the Republican Party. Why? Kathy Checchi has targeted the GOP because of a “war against women” which was started by the Republicans ten or more years ago. She’s defending her women who are in leadership positions all over America. Many of them, married to conservative Republicans.
One thing I was told to do during this time was to get a bumper sticker from the Obama White House that said, “Stop the Republican war on women.” They wanted me to cover the bumper sticker on my van I had made for my website, “www.SpiesSuck.com.” At this website my first book about spies was free to read. I wrote the book to warn Americans about the reprehensible spies that were invading communities across America. I wrote the book when I was taking notes on all these spies that had circled and dominated my entire life. If I’m not mistaken, I think the book also talked about secret societies and featured some of the lies I had been told by the CIA Checchi cult leaders about the family of LBJ and the Bush family.
At this time, I was also making plant holders (with succulent plants) out of corks that were thrown out at restaurants and bars in Venice. I hollowed out the corks to make room for dirt, I glued a magnet on the corks, painted them gray because I thought the cork shape looked like a mushroom cloud. I wrote “NO WAR” on the front of the cork and gave them away for donations to tourists and people living in Los Angeles. The Checchi family would not allow me to have a normal job and I needed money for food and van expenses. The Checchi’s left me in abject poverty when I was homeless in L.A. So, I had to get creative, and I made plant (succulent) holders with shells, corks, and garbage I found on the beach. Unknown to me at the time, the Checchi’s were using me to make literally billions of dollars by using me as bait to draw out secret society people. As a young man at university, I was a Regan Republican and very conservative. As an old man, most people would consider me liberal (I think I'm just being reasonable, but if they want to call me liberal, so be it). I certainly don’t think Republicans should be killed because they are conservative and I’m against destroying conservative groups or people. I don't agree with many of these conservative people on some issues, but killing them seems very extreme. I think it’s healthy to have the liberal Ds and conservative Rs argue their points on issues and find compromise in the middle, if possible.
I’m sorry there has been a “war on women” but I’m sure the solution is NOT found in killing conservative Republican men who are too naïve and gullible to realize they are being bamboozled and deceived. The Checchi family cult leaders have gone to an extreme and they must be stopped from their insanity. They have gone from killing conservative Republican men to a total hijacking of American democracy where they rule as dictators. This is a crisis for the United States. I dare say, it could be the most serious war since 1776. What's going on today is a very, very big deal for democracies worldwide, Freedom of Speech, Freedom of Press, Right to Privacy and much more right here in America.

The CIA-Harvard-Mormon Checchi family terrorist cult (based in California) continues to attack the foundation of American democracy and the rule of law, as they attempt to hijack the United States for their own profit and glory. For the last three years, authorities in the military, judiciary and politics have tried to hold the leaders of this dangerous cult accountable for their serious crimes. In response, the Checchi family cult leaders continue to kill innocent Americans – men, women, and children.
For example, since the beginning of 2023, the CIA Checchi family cult leaders have orchestrated 632+ mass shootings(Gun Violence Archive: https://www.gunviolencearchive.org/reports/mass-shooting). Two of those mass shootings were orchestrated on December 6, 2023 (one in Texas and one in Nevada). This was done in response to the authorities in Nevada who indicted six CIA Checchi cult members that submitted fake slates of electors to Congress. They fraudulently claimed that Trump was the winner of the 2020 election in Nevada. At the same time, Ten Checchi cult members in Wisconsin were, “accused of acting as so-called ‘fake electors’ during the 2020 presidential election...They have agreed to a settlement and acknowledged that they were part of a coordinated effort to overturn the presidential election in favor of Donald Trump. An example of the Checchi’s serious crimes against the military can be seen when the CIA Checchi terrorists took advantage of a mechanical issue with the Osprey aircraft and recently orchestrated a crash, killing 8 active-duty military personnel. “The U.S. military has released the names of all eight Air Force crew members on an Osprey aircraft that crashed into the sea on Nov. 29, as search and rescue operations transitioned into search and recovery operations off the shore of Yakushima Island, Japan. The Osprey had been performing a routine training mission when it went down, according to the Air Force.”

“Men are more likely to be killed in a car crash than women in all 50 states, a new study has found, and California is listed among the top 10 deadliest states for male crash victims… California placed eighth on the list with a ratio of just over four male crash deaths for every one female, research shows, meaning that men are four times more likely to die in a collision than women in California. Men in California and Florida are exactly 4.03 times more likely to be killed in a car crash than their female counterparts in those states, the study found. Each state ranked first and second in total crash fatalities, with 10,578 and 9,472 respectively. According to the California Office of Traffic Safety, traffic deaths increased approximately 7.6 percent from 2020 to 2021.”
Recently, I sent this email copied below to judges and attorneys throughout Georgia, including federal judges like the Honorable Leslie Abrams Gardner. My goal is to inform judges in Georgia about the truth that I know about the corrupt CIA Checchi family (more about them below) and my legal battle against them. Because this is a CIA family, my court battle is cloaked in secrecy - otherwise it would be front page news all over America. However, judicial professionals have access to means that can confirm what I am writing about is true. This is one reason why I spend so much time contacting judicial professionals (I also need continuous legal help to fight a constant wall of judicial games/corruption I experience).
Just days after I sent this email to federal judges in Georgia, the CIA Checchi family associates orchestrated an attack on the Honorable Abrams Gardner’s husband. These CIA members only take this type of action toward people who don't cooperate with their devious plans to destroy American democracy and the rule of law. I don't know the details of what her husband is accused of - except what I read in the news (which may or may not be accurate). I urge all of us to avoid passing judgement on this situation. There is no doubt this was a CIA Checchi family operation of retaliation. Oprah is one of the high-level leaders of this Checchi family cult. Oprah has close ties to Stacy Abrams (sister of the Honorable Leslie Abrams Gardner). No doubt: Oprah was heavily involved in orchestrating this situation.
I am not aware of the specific actions that led to this retaliation from the CIA Checchi family and Oprah, but I can assure you that if the Checchi cult leaders attacked the Honorable Judge in this way, it was because she did the right thing in upholding her oath to defend and support the constitution. Possibly even attempting to dismantle the CIA Checchi cult’s operation in Georgia. I am certain that this situation was an act of retribution against the Honorable Judge for doing the right thing for her state and her country. Otherwise, she would not be under attack.
Here is the letter I’ve been sending to judicial professionals throughout Georgia and the entire country:
Thank goodness the Supreme Court has finally agreed to adopt a code of conduct for the Justices. Although the code lacks enforcement and complaint procedures, it's a small step in the right direction, despite its limitations. An example of obvious limitations can be seen when the "suggestion" word "should" appears 54 times and the "obligation" word "must" only appears 6 times in the new code of conduct. Someone was very crafty in writing it, which smells slightly of insincere legal games, if you ask me.
An example of something that must be changed or given more scrutiny is Cannon 3B Section five of the Supreme Court Code of Conduct: “A Justice should keep informed about the Justice’s personal and fiduciary financial interests and make a reasonable effort to keep informed about the personal financial interests of the Justice’s spouse and minor children residing in the Justice’s household.”
It has been said that in the world of politics and public service, “children are vulnerabilities.” This is because one of the first things that bullies and terrorists attack or threaten are the children or grandchildren of the person they want to control. From what I’ve seen with the CIA Checchi family’s bullying of judicial, military, and political leaders, it’s not hard to get a public servant to make decisions based on protecting their family rather than protecting what’s best for the public. President Biden's Thanksgiving photo with his many grandchildren emphasized these vulnerabilities for him.
The Checchi’s routinely financially reward/bribe adult children/grandchildren of politicians and justices. Politicians, military professionals, and judicial leaders live in a world where they are mired in CIA Checchi family fear and favor.Many of these leaders often live in fear of the serial killing Checchi family. The adult children of these public servants live in a world where they often get lucrative jobs – in some cases jobs they aren’t trained for, experienced in nor rightly deserve based on the 10 or 20 years of hard work it takes to become an “overnight success.” This happens with every single political, military, and judicial professional the Checchi’s target – which has been thousands of people over the last five or six decades. Rich people often leave their wealth to their children. The Checchi’s skip the inheritance part and give money directly to the children while the politician, military leader and judicial professional are still alive. Few things delight a parent more than seeing their offspring do well financially.

Dear Governor Mills, Honorable Legislators and Other Leaders in Maine:
On October 16, 2023, I received an email from someone at the Department of Justice asking me to send the email copied below (which I’ve been sending to Jewish leaders) to law enforcement professionals. Now, I'm sharing this email with you because leaders like you should know the truth about what is going on. When I did try to send the email to law enforcement people, it was blocked from going out by someone working on behalf of the CIA Checchi family cult. Constant death threats and these kinds of attacks on my constitutional rights of Free Speech and Freedom of press have become continuous occupational hazards.
I was told the specific person involved in blocking my emails from going out that day was a Marine I once met through the CIA Checchi family. When people in the military (or former military people) are involved in the denial of citizens' constitutional rights, this takes the battle to inform the public about this dangerous CIA Checchi family terrorist group to a whole new level. I find myself constantly shocked at the brazen denial of my first amendment rights and appalled at the politicians who support the terrorists orchestrating these attacks on my rights of Free Speech and Freedom of Press.
What can we do with people who take an oath to uphold and defend the constitution and then don’t follow through on their oath? The CIA Checchi family terrorist cult has a direct-negative impact on the lives and livelihoods of many American citizens - including many seniors and children. If political leaders refuse to protect vulnerable citizens from this CIA Checchi family terrorist group, it’s time for new leaders who will protect citizens from this dangerous Checchi family cult as they continue their unjust war against secret society families (which I maintain can often be described as a pure genocide of uneducated people with a low IQ - people who are naive and easily fooled by sophisticated CIA games of manipulation and deceit. To further complicate things is the corrupting influence of money in politics. It’s a serious issue with many politicians. Some of these politicians are getting “donations” into their campaign coffers from the CIA Checchi family terrorist cult members. The Checchi’s and their cult members have access to mounds of cash; some of these politicians are being bought and paid for. These unscrupulous politicians choose to please a few wealthy donors rather than large numbers of poor constituents who can't afford to donate money. The only solution to this issue is to vote compromised politicians out of office and find more trustworthy people committed to their constituents - regardless of a constituent’s economic status.
Political leaders are keeping a secret from the public: The October 7, 2023, attacks on Israel were terrorist events - acts of retaliation - orchestrated by the desperate and depraved CIA-Harvard-Mormon Checchi family terrorist cult based in Los Angeles. They spent months meticulously planning the details of this attack, using Hamas as the face of their evil terrorist plot. Local news outlets in Israel are reporting that hundreds and hundreds of men, women and children were killed, tortured, kidnapped, injured, and abused (possibly as many as 3,000 people total). If these politicians were serious, they would use their power to immediately stop the CIA Checchi family from having their CIA power and they would make sure leaders of the Checchi terrorist cult are stopped, jailed, killed, or held accountable for their crimes against humanity, in the strictest way possible. Starting with the Trump administration, the Checchi family cult leaders got away with serious criminal, terrorist activity. They've been given too many presidential pardons for serious crimes against humanity. You may ask yourself: what are the Checchi’s protesting and retaliating against? I know this answer because as I mentioned earlier, I’ve been mired in this lawsuit against them. What they are protesting are the punishments coming down from the court for their extreme acts of terrorism (which are outlined in my books and writing at the links below). I’ve been told that three of them were given the death sentence during the week of October 4, 2023.
On October 4, 2023, the American government sent out a "test" of the emergency alert system sending an alarm on every cell phone, radio, and television in the United States. This was done because the Checchi's lost their legal battle which resulted in the announcements of these death sentences. These judgements would also cause many of these Checchi cult leaders to lose their power. With this “test” of the emergency alert system, authorities were warning leaders throughout America that things were about to get crazy as these Checchi terrorists would retaliate and seek revenge. They have been known as racist haters of the Jewish community, but I don’t think anyone thought they would order the alleged beheading of babies and the kidnapping of old ladies. I suspect they ordered the kidnappings to use as a tool for negotiation, so they could try to change the death sentences they received to a lesser punishment. I’m guessing this is how high-level court proceedings work. This is the first time I’ve ever been involved in a court proceeding with this level of “national security” cloaking. It's been a shocking, eye opening experience. The Checchi cult leaders have gotten out of any meaningful punishments by pulling terrorist stunts like this. Everything is kept secret, out of the newspapers. In other words, they commit more terrorist acts to get out of punishment for terrorist acts. This is insane! The level of secrecy surrounding these court proceedings about CIA people is unjust. With crimes this serious, Americans have the right to know what is going on. It’s like the new Hitler has a CIA badge and his crimes against humanity are hidden, so that the truth is never exposed to the public. The rules that keep extreme CIA crimes secret and the public in the dark need to change.
Among business leaders there is a saying when it comes to employee relations: "hire slowly, fire quickly." This military and judicial process of taking power away from the CIA Checchi family has been too slow and it has given the Checchi terrorists time to plan many terrorist events as a leverage for negotiation (much of this has been documented in my writing at the links below and attached). Dear Honorable Chief Justice Roberts, Honorable Justice Gorsuch, and Other Honorable Justices at the Supreme Court:
In six months, my legal case against the CIA Checchi family will be in its 4th year. Three and a half of those years have involved this important case being at the Supreme Court, as you well know. During this time, I have written many letters to you, complaining about corruption, unfairness, and, at times, I have been frustrated by the intense lack of common sense or common decency I have experienced. Today, I am writing to you about the torture, harassment, retaliation, and psychological abuse I continue to endure. I have been informed that Justice Gorsuch (or more likely, his legal staff/clerk) is at the root of the torture and abuse I have experienced this week.
I am writing to expose this situation to you (I suspect it is happening behind your backs) and to request that you immediately put an end to this torture, retaliation, harassment, abuse, and lack of common sense.
My court documents now exceed 4,100 pages in responses to the Checchi family's fabricated and exaggerated claims against me. In some instances, I have responded to the same fabricated or exaggerated claims dozens and dozens of times. It defies common sense that I am required to copy and paste the same response to already debunked lies and exaggerations repeatedly. Kathy Checchi and her associates have admitted to spending over 100 million dollars in bribes, gifts, and favors to individuals who have brought fabricated and exaggerated claims against me. I assume this also includes the money they have provided to attorneys who betrayed me and judges/Justices who worked for them instead of upholding the Rule of Law.
The crafty and sophisticated legal games which some Supreme Court Justices seem to have participated in over the last 3.5 years have been surprising to me as an ordinary citizen. In your defense, it appears the CIA Checchi family has bullied, threatened, and intimidated some Justices and their loved ones. It is a fact you know well: The CIA Checchi family have threatened sitting Justices by killing at least three Justices: Scalia, Ginsberg and most recently, O’Connor.
Moreover, it seems that whenever rulings have not favored them in various aspects of this case, the Checchi’s have allegedly used their media connections to publicly embarrass Justices and/or their spouses. Additionally, there are claims they orchestrated mass shootings and targeted at least one prominent individual with the name “Thomas.” This was done to intimidate Justice Clarence Thomas.
In America, Judges and Justices should be free from any form of intimidation or threats. Upholding the Rule of Law is fundamental to our democracy, which serves as a beacon of hope, enlightenment, and guidance for the entire world.
I am more than willing to address any questions you may have and respond to legitimate accusations of misconduct. I urge you to halt this ceaseless cycle of repeatedly countering the same fabricated or exaggerated allegations. These manipulative maneuvers have been an exercise in futility, needlessly consuming the time of government workers and your staff. Moreover, they constitute psychological torture and abuse, and they defy common sense. When the proceedings at the Honorable Court veer away from common sense, the Court ceases to serve the common people, as common sense is our primary guide in the face of such elaborate games and schemes.
My health continues to deteriorate; I recently suffered a heart attack. It is a scientific fact that stress has detrimental effects on our health. The persistent stress induced by this situation, coupled with the denial of funds necessary for my medical care, is harming my health. The legal tactics orchestrated by Kathy Checchi, David Kanuth, Adam Checchi, and other figures associated with the CIA Checchi family are a form of attempted murder. AGAIN, they are trying to kill me. It seems to me that some Supreme Court Justices are aiding the CIA Checchi family in their attacks on me. Not only is this drawn-out court case a violation of my right to a speedy judicial proceeding, but it is also not honorable conduct on the part of some Justices.
Americans expect fairness from the highest court in the land. "Equal Justice Under Law" is inscribed above the entrance of the Supreme Court. This motto represents the principle that all individuals, regardless of their status or background, should receive fair and impartial treatment under the law. Rich people, CIA people don’t get the table tilted in their favor. The words are carved above the entrance of the building and symbolize the core principle of justice that the Supreme Court strives to uphold. I’m writing today to ask you to apply that motto to this case. I can't take any more torture and abuse of power.

In many ways, modern day America in the 2020s is a cesspool of chaos, violence, manipulation, and confusion. If you want to understand who is behind this cultural mess and why they are orchestrating this mayhem, read my books. I was born in rural New England surrounded by farmers who call it like they see it, abounding in common sense. My writing reflects this no-nonsense approach. I know a lot of facts that most people don’t have the vantage point to understand. Through fate or luck (or bad luck) or the Divine Presence we call God, the path of my life has brought me to the most fascinating vantage point from which I have had a front row seat to observe world events and history as it unfolds. When my parents mysteriously died of cancer a few months apart from each other in the mid 1990s, I thought it was a strange, terrible occurrence – but I never thought it was an orchestrated attack on my family. We were a typical low-income family – there are billions of people like us throughout the world. It would seem like paranoia or ridiculousness to claim their deaths were a deliberate, clandestine attack. We were nobody special or noticeable. As a relative once said to me as I was telling him this story, “the CIA is not interested in people like us.”
To deal with my grief after my parents died, I turned to writing in a journal, and I started to write sad country songs on my guitar. For two years I withdrew from being social and I wrote. I went to work, and I came back to my apartment grief-stricken and sad. I cried every day for two years and I wrote as much as I could to get out of my heart the deep feelings of anguish and sorrow. During this time, I also wrote a book for hospices and medical professionals called, "Where Souls Meet: Caring for the Seriously ill" (https://1drv.ms/b/s!AszYNXg2gQYImSJn8-d9kTsCK8q_?e=aoyMtL). I wrote the book because I noticed a need in the world of books. In 1995/1996 I realized there was a need for a book dedicated to help families dealing with grief and the loss of a loved one struggling with terminal illness. Besides Elizabeth Kubler Ross’s books, there were not any books to help people deal with helping someone through the journey of pending death through terminal or serious illness. There were no books dealing with the emotional, spiritual, and psychological effects of modern-day serious illness. As medications worked to keep people alive longer and longer, I saw there was a need to address the loneliness that patients and their loved ones feel because people tend to stay away from the terminally and seriously ill as they slowly die. In American culture death is taboo, so people don’t know what to do or say to someone who is gradually dying. Today in the 2020s there are hundreds of these books. But in the mid 1990s I could find nothing to help me or my family cope with the reality of my parent’s terminal cancer.
What I would experience and learn in the years after I wrote this first book, is provocative, shocking and some would say, a matter of national security – so some politicians and government agency leaders are trying to shut me down and erase my books from public view.
After I shared "Where Souls Meet" with many hospice professionals and medical professionals throughout the United States and Canada, my life began to be infiltrated by what can only be described as “spies.” As far as I knew, I had never known any spies. Spies were not part of my world view. I was so gullible and naive that I never knew that there even was a real spy world outside of the James Bond movies I had seen. You know why? Because people don't talk about this spy stuff - it's a secret. That's why they call them "secret societies" and "secret agencies." But leave it to a naïve, gullible, sincere country soul like me to write about what others considered taboo. I was born in America – “we have the first amendment” – is what I thought when they first tried to stop me from publishing my writing about spies. “SpiesSuck.com” was my first website in which I tried to disseminate information to the public. “We will kill you” and “we will put you in jail for the rest of life if you self-publish this book,” is what powerful CIA people told me. They told me it was a law that I could only use their first names or their initials in my writings. So, not wanting to ‘break the rules’… I complied and took it one step further: I turned my first few spy books into “fiction” – but it was not fiction, it was all true.
After my first book, "Where Souls Meet," I was swept up into the spy world - completely unaware that my entire life was surrounded by spies who were manipulating me in great detail. These were not just any spies. They were very elite, very rich and very powerful spies rooted in the CIA. Eventually, I became aware of a genuine secret war that was going on between the CIA and secret societies. Millions of people had been secretly killed, one at a time. So, I got busy writing about everything I was experiencing and everything I had learned. It became a patriotic mission for me because I became convinced Americans (and people throughout the world) needed to know what I knew - the truth about this deadly-secret war, the truth about criminal CIA spies who were orchestrating the war and the truth about millions of people worldwide who were caught as collateral damage in this war. According to the Cambridge dictionary (https://dictionary.cambridge.org/us/dictionary/english/collateral-damage#), the meaning of collateral damage during a war is “the unintentional deaths and injuries of people who are not soldiers, and damage that is caused to their homes, hospitals, schools, etc.”
I’ve spent over three years in court (2020-2023) fighting this serial-killing CIA family as they paid hundreds of people to accuse me of everything from rape to child abuse. To discredit me they spread rumors and lies about my mental health and my conduct. To threaten me, they killed and attacked people I loved or respected. Not only were the accusations these spies made about me shocking and fabricated/exaggerated/misrepresentation of facts – these claims were bought and paid for. These CIA people spent millions and millions of dollars paying spies to lie or exaggerate facts about my conduct. They also killed hundreds and hundreds of innocent people to bully and intimidate attorneys, judges and Justices at the Supreme Court (where the case sat for over two years mired in corruption). The details of this are all documented in my writing, as it was occurring. In the end, I won the legal battle (thanks to several brave attorneys who believed in the rule of law. The victory is their victory over real evil and steep corruption.).
I won the legal battle… but people like this CIA family will not let me live much longer or live in peace. They have promised to kill me and stalk me 24/7 - to my dying day. They promise to wipe my memory and my writings from the Earth. Everyone fears these people because they are known to be brutal, selfish, mean, unprincipled and they don’t care about rules or laws. They laugh at “whistleblower protection laws.” They represent tyranny on steroids. On top of this, they are drunks and serious, hardcore drug addicts. Turns out if you kill countless thousands and thousands of innocent men, women, and children… you need drugs and alcohol to cope with yourself and your crimes against humanity.

5. “Letter to Christian Leaders and Evangelicals.” I was raised as a Christian and was very active in the Christian community as a young man. As an older man, I’m shocked at how many Christians and Christian leaders in today’s modern world have abandoned a life of integrity, sincerity, and authenticity, and have embraced a life akin to that of a spy – a life of manipulation, deceit, and duplicity.
