LETTERS TO THE DIRECTOR OF NATIONAL INTELLIGENCE

CONTENT WARNING: This writing discusses terrorist events orchestrated by the CIA Checchi family cult leaders based in California. I have been mired in a lawsuit against this CIA family network (which has been parked at the Supreme Court) since 2020. I spend my time sending emails with this writing below (and at the links at the bottom) to attorneys, judges, and politicians because they have the ability to confirm what I’m writing about is true. I understand that to the average citizen, some of this information sounds crazy and it is (!!!), but it’s all true. In my never-ending search to get help to stop the CIA Checchi family cult leaders from constantly attacking me, stalking me, exploiting me, threatening me, and using me against my will in a human trafficking operation, I discovered an agency/an authority I didn’t even know existed in the clandestine world: the Director of National Intelligence. I must write the letters to her one at a time because I find all this Supreme Court drama and CIA Checchi family circus too overwhelming and traumatizing. In June 2024, it will be four years that I have been fighting these CIA people in court. The advantages these CIA people have against an ordinary citizen are colossal. I can take just so much abuse from these CIA people and writing about / recounting these stories of the CIA Checchi family is very difficult and, in some ways, re-traumatizing. That's the reason why there are so many individual letters to Director Haines. I write until I can't take thinking about this situation anymore and then I stop… until I have energy to write again.

They orchestrate murders and terrorist events to put terror and fear in the minds and hearts of people - which is the definition of a terrorist organization. They orchestrated all these mass shootings and school shootings in America over the last few years as retaliation for losing different aspects of the court case, in which I was involved. They know they are under a microscope and thousands of American leaders are watching this situation, yet they still orchestrate terrorist events and kill innocent people in broad day light. Most people would be on their best behavior if they knew the FBI, the CIA, the Supreme Court, the DOJ, the Oval Office, the Pentagon, and other authorities in Congress were watching everything under a microscope. Who would orchestrate terrorist events under these circumstances, showing not a smidgin of regret? What the CIA Checchi family cult leaders do is insane. All they must do is plead insanity when they are held accountable, and no one would disagree. This would get them out of any meaningful punishment and/or the death penalty. Obviously, the rules that govern the intelligence community invite this kind of outrageous behavior.

According to the New York Times, 133 people were killed at the recent mass shooting in Russia on Friday, March 22, 2024. This tragedy was another terrorist event orchestrated by CIA Checchi family terrorists. Please read my letters to the Director of National Intelligence, Avril Haines below. The Checchi family watches everything I do all day, every day. They have dozens of hidden cameras that monitor everything I do, every day. Every word I type on my computer is being watched. At the time of this Russian tragedy, I had just written and sent a letter to Director Haines on Friday afternoon (March 22) at 3:26 PM.

In this letter (dated March 22, 2024 below) I complained to her about the CIA Checchi family’s prolific Russian connections. Not only have they manipulated the Ukraine war into existence, but it is also clear they have illegally shared classified information with Russian leaders. At the time of this mass shooting in Moscow, it was evening, when they pulled the trigger on the mass shooting at a rock concert of a band named “PikNik” – which is a Checchi code. Why pick Nick? Who is Nick? Nick (or Nico) is one of the young terrorist leaders of the Checchi cult in LA, who was no doubt involved in orchestrating this massacre in Russia.

No citizen of the United States should ever have to suffer through the mistreatment, torment, abuse, and exploitation that I and many others have endured at the hands of this corrupt CIA family. Speaking for myself, I have suffered their manipulation and abuse for over 33 years. I'm writing these letters to Director Haines to help make people in power aware of the severe threat to democracy this family poses to our country and our world. From election interference to attacking the foundations of the rule of law, they are a danger to public safety and world peace.

Their global network enables them to orchestrate attacks on countries worldwide. What they inflict upon me, they are capable of inflicting upon you or your loved ones. From withholding healthcare or dental care to rendering me homeless and financially abusing me, their reach extends to anyone they target, given their control over numerous businesses as well as political and judicial leaders who control so much of our society.

This corrupt CIA family must be stopped and stripped of their power that allows them to commit these crimes against humanity. It’s an election year as I write this, so you can expect politicians to come down hard on the Checchi’s for this new mass murder in Russia. No matter who gets reelected as president in November, Trump or Biden, we all need to be concerned about the terrorist CIA Checchi family regaining power after November. This corrupt family and their massive network of corrupt spies have demonstrated a consistent pattern of power abuse and lack of remorse for their severe crimes against humanity and crimes against the American public.

I have a very long letter I’m writing to you, but it’s going to take time to pull it together. Today, I pen this urgent, brief letter to bring to your attention a matter of utmost importance: the imperative need to reassess and revise the rules governing the intelligence community. As a concerned citizen deeply invested in upholding the principles of democracy, I implore you to take immediate action before irreparable damage is inflicted upon our democratic institutions.

The current framework within which the intelligence community operates has inadvertently become a tool for sabotaging and undermining the very democracy it was intended to protect. Through unchecked surveillance, covert operations, and undue influence, these rules have fostered an environment ripe for abuse, threatening the very fabric of our nation.

The courts have given me permission to write about this CIA Checchi family abuse of power that I have experienced personally. Al Checchi, Kathy Checchi, Adam Checchi, David Kanuth, Michael Fisher, Oprah Winfrey and former President Donald Trump are only a few leaders of the dangerous CIA Checchi family cult. Their crimes against humanity and the American people are prolific and have been going on for decades.

The details in my writing should be front page news in every newspaper, to inform Americans about the truth of what is going on. Yet, this news remains cloaked and secret. My credibility as a writer continues to be hampered, with no open support or public acknowledgment that would enhance my authority.

Our democracy is in serious peril, yet the intelligence community seems to fear more about how the outraged public will respond if it finds out the truth of how political, judicial, and military leaders over the last many decades have allowed this CIA Checchi family cult to grow out of control. I live with two seniors who watch Fox News from sunrise to sunset and they are brainwashed and blinded to the truth of what is going on. Lawsuits against Fox seem to have no effect on public opinion or public perception of what is going on.

Democracy thrives on transparency, accountability, and the consent of the governed. However, the clandestine activities permitted under the existing rules erode these fundamental pillars, breeding distrust among the populace and empowering unelected entities to wield undue influence over our elected officials.

We cannot turn a blind eye to the dangers posed by these unchecked powers. History has shown us the grave consequences of allowing unchecked surveillance and clandestine operations to go unchecked. We risk descending into a diabolical reality where privacy is a relic of the past, dissent is suppressed, and democratic norms are trampled upon with impunity.

It is incumbent upon us, as stewards of democracy, to enact meaningful reforms to reign in the excesses of the intelligence community and restore the balance of power. This necessitates a comprehensive review of existing rules, with a focus on enhancing oversight, accountability, and respect for civil liberties.

Specifically, I urge you to consider the following reforms:

- Strengthening oversight mechanisms to ensure that surveillance activities are conducted in accordance with the rule of law and with due regard for civil liberties.

- Implementing robust safeguards to prevent the misuse of intelligence gathering capabilities for political purposes or to suppress dissent.

- Enhancing transparency and accountability by promoting greater public scrutiny of intelligence operations and ensuring that elected representatives are fully informed and empowered to exercise oversight.

- Fostering a culture of respect for democratic values within the intelligence community, where adherence to the principles of democracy is paramount.

Time is of the essence. The longer we delay action, the greater the risk to our democracy. I implore you to heed this urgent call and take decisive steps to reform the rules governing the intelligence community before it's too late.

The future of our democracy hangs in the balance. Please act swiftly and decisively to safeguard it for generations to come.

As we find ourselves amidst another election year, I felt compelled to also address a matter that I believe is crucial to the health of our democratic process: the role of journalists in informing the public. An excessive number of journalists and news outlets are aligned with the intelligence community, resulting in a level of control over journalism that renders it unreliable and un-American.

In a time where political discourse can often be heated and divisive, it's easy to overlook the vital role that journalists play in ensuring the electorate is well-informed with the truth. The job of a journalist goes beyond simply reporting the news; it is about uncovering the truth and presenting it to the public fair and unabridged.

One of the main reasons for freedom of the press laws is to empower journalists to fulfill this duty. By providing citizens with accurate and reliable information, journalists enable them to make informed decisions when it comes to voting. In essence, journalists act as the watchdogs of democracy, holding those in power accountable and ensuring transparency in our government.

It's important to recognize that the goal of a journalist is not to "turn the tempers up" or incite chaos, especially during an election year. Rather, their aim is to provide the public with the facts they need to make reasoned judgments. In doing so, journalists help to foster a more educated and engaged electorate, which is essential for a healthy democracy.

In a year where political candidates may be causing national temper tantrums, it is all the more crucial that journalists remain steadfast in their commitment to truth and integrity. So, as we navigate the complexities of yet another election cycle, let us not forget the invaluable contributions of journalists to our democratic process. Let us support their efforts to uncover the truth and hold power to account, for it is through their work that we can truly uphold the principles of democracy.

Our founding fathers knew that Freedom of Press was an essential foundation for a successful republic. It would also be nice if you could stop them from their constant attacks on my life. This is “part two” of a long letter I’m writing you. The Checchi cult leaders frequently accuse me of plagiarism because I use ChatGPT for everything I do. Let me be clear: I use ChatGPT to edit and create everything I write, including this letter.

I am writing to bring to your attention matters of grave concern regarding many issues. People engage in self-deception as a defense mechanism to cope with feelings of guilt, shame, or cognitive dissonance. For example, how is it possible that Kathy and Al Checchi didn’t know about the severity of Michael Fisher’s decades-long addiction to shooting up heroin? Answer: a culture of deceit. Once they knew about it, they pulled Fisher out of rehab at least three times in order to get him back to work for them. This was a big mistake because it was Fisher who became one of the key elements that exposed severe corruption in the Checchi organization. Decisions like pulling him out of rehab and allowing a prolific drug addicted individual to maintain power were central to the lack of respect that spread about the Checchi organization. This bad decision of allowing Fisher to maintain power was also a clear sign that the leaders of the Checchi organization were unfit for duty – unfit to be leaders.

Deception is the foundation on which the tyrannical Checchi organization (that seeks world domination) is built. For decades the Checchi family used taxpayer money to build their dictatorial empire. The culture of tyranny is characterized by severe abuse of power, the concentration of power in the hands of a few, the suppression of individual freedoms, the elimination of critics, and the prioritization of Checchi interests above those of the American people.

The likely downfall of the Checchi organization is a perfect example of how the combination of tyranny and mental illness destroys and implodes on itself. The alarming prevalence of mental illness among leaders associated with the Checchi group suggests a significant failure, over many decades, in the military and CIA's monitoring of the mental health of its leaders. In defense of these military leaders who allowed the Checchi cult to grow out of control over many decades, it seems the Checchi’s employed very subtle actions to insure the growth of their corrupt organization over sixty years. With each new presidential administration, they slowly increased their power base through deception and unethical schemes. Since their family remained in power for over six decades, they outlived politicians and military leaders who would come and go with time.

The Checchi organization has broken public trust in many ways, and it should be immediately dissolved (broken into “a thousand pieces,” as JFK once said about dissolving the CIA). The leaders of the Checchi family cult have shown over and over again that they cannot be trusted to do what is right for the American people. The extent of Checchi corruption that brought us to this point is mind boggling. This has become an emergency for American democracy and the rule of law.

There needs to be a new rule to stop this Checchi nightmare from happening again in the future: term limits for families and networks who serve with taxpayer funding. This idea of Kathy Checchi being a queen and Al Checchi being a king is complete bonkers nonsense. We don’t have kings and queens in America. To ensure this Checchi nightmare never happens again, this Checchi story needs to be made public. Mass shootings, school shootings and other terrorist events orchestrated by the Checchi family and funded by taxpayer money should be exposed. The public has a right to know how their money has been used and abused. This wrong has got to be made right. Exposing the truth to the public is the only way to help increase the chances this never happens again.

I was told that Rachel Maddow was going to expose this Checchi story on her show. Apparently, she was threatened by the leaders of the Checchi cult, and she backed down from airing the story. Immediately, she was given the 2023 Hillman Prize For Broadcast Journalism. It seems clear that this award was a reward for not doing the Checchi story. This is another example of how journalism is being corrupted by the CIA Checchi family cult leaders.

It has become evident that many of the projects undertaken by the CIA Checchi family cult leaders purportedly on behalf of the American people are primarily benefiting the Checchi family personally, rather than serving the interests of the taxpayers or the nation at large. Reports and evidence suggest that a significant portion of the allocated funds have been diverted for the personal gain of these Checchi cult leaders, rather than fulfilling the intended objectives of the projects.

Such conduct not only undermines the integrity and credibility of our intelligence services but also represents a breach of the trust placed in them by the public. It proves what humans have known for a very long time: humans go crazy when they have power, and every effort must be made to ensure those with power have a good leash. As British historian Lord Acton said, “Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely.” As custodians of taxpayer dollars, it is imperative that we uphold the highest standards of accountability, transparency, and ethical conduct.

Therefore, I urge you to launch a thorough investigation into the activities of the CIA Checchi family cult leaders and their use of taxpayer funds. It is crucial that any misconduct or fraudulent behavior be identified and addressed promptly to ensure that taxpayer dollars are used responsibly and in the best interest of the nation.

Furthermore, I implore you to take appropriate measures to prevent such abuses from occurring in the future and to strengthen oversight mechanisms to safeguard against similar incidents.

Last night (March 9 at around 9 PM) Adam Checchi was on my computer and he said that many flags were going to be flown at half-staff. This was an apparent warning and threat that they are planning to create a national tragedy, kill political, judicial, and military leaders or some other public figure in the near future. Please do everything in your power to stop the Checchi family cult from killing more people. They have been out of control with the murders of innocent people.

The Checchi cult leaders continue to threaten to kill me. It is a scientific fact that stress kills and the Checchi cult leaders continue to mire my life in daily, hourly stress of various kinds. From being forced to live with MAGA people who serve the Checchi cult by constant harassment, threats, and abuse (for example, both my food and water have been poisoned here) to constantly filing fabricated accusations in court about my criminal conduct. Sometimes they file these lawsuits every hour of the day and I am forced to respond to the same fabricated nonsense over and over again. It is complete Checchi fraud and abuse of power.

I could not say this any better regarding my declining health becaus of these constant Checchi attacks. You people have got to stop this constant, nonstop CIA Checchi family harassment and retaliation that keep happening every hour of every day. It’s insane to allow this abuse to continue. Furthermore, constantly having these traumatic events and having to confront and debunk these fabricated accusations day after day can lead to a sense of powerlessness, hopelessness, and despair. The person may feel overwhelmed by the relentless onslaught of falsehoods, unable to escape or find respite from the psychological torment. This prolonged exposure to trauma can result in the development of PTSD, characterized by intrusive thoughts, flashbacks, nightmares, and emotional numbness.

The impact of such psychological trauma extends beyond sleep disturbances and can permeate various aspects of the person's life, affecting their relationships, work performance, and overall well-being. They may experience difficulties in trusting others, forming meaningful connections, and engaging in activities they once enjoyed. The individuals responsible for perpetrating these false accusations should indeed be held accountable for their misconduct. Falsely accusing someone of illegal or inappropriate behavior can have devastating consequences not only for the victim's mental health but also for their reputation, livelihood, and social standing. It undermines the principles of justice, fairness, and integrity, and erodes trust in the legal system.

I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of utmost urgency and seriousness that threatens the very fabric of our nation's security and governance. Recent revelations have uncovered deceitful practices within our intelligence agencies, where spy networks have manipulated and deceived political leaders entrusted with their oversight. These sorts of games are not new in 2024. They go back as far back as the George W. Bush administration when the CIA Checchi family cult deceived President Bush regarding Weapons of Mass Destruction, in order to manipulate him to go to war in the middle east. Even further back when the CIA deceived President Kennedy regarding the Bay of Pigs incident and he apparently swore he would shatter the CIA into “a thousand pieces” for deceiving him.

These games of deceit emanating from intelligence agencies are still going on today. This situation demands immediate action and severe penalties to uphold the integrity of our institutions and safeguard the interests of our citizens. I think I can speak for many Americans when I say, I hope you are the leader we can depend on to stop this nonsense immediately.

The use of deceit as a foundational discipline within spy agencies is not only unethical but also poses grave dangers to our democratic principles and national security. When those tasked with protecting our nation resort to deception to manipulate and mislead the very leaders who oversee them, it undermines the trust essential for effective governance and jeopardizes the safety of our citizens.

As I shared in my last letter to you (“part two”), dated March 10, 2024, the CIA Checchi family cult is the largest and most powerful intelligence group in America, and they cannot be trusted because their level of deceit is all consuming and permeates every aspect of their organization. In some strange display of psychological weirdness, deceit so thoroughly controls their operations, they even deceive themselves.

We cannot turn a blind eye to such egregious misconduct within our intelligence community. The most recent example of the intelligence community deceiving politicians is when they tricked President Biden into letting people flood through the southern border. Under the deceitful guise of helping the intelligence community, Biden was betrayed as the Checchi group smuggled large amounts of the fatal drug fentanyl in order to kill scores of Americans with orchestrated, manipulated overdoses. They also brought in scores of criminals to use in criminal acts of many kinds – from drug dealing to murder… from human trafficking to destruction/theft of American businesses and property. The implications of this deceit extend far beyond mere breaches of protocol; they strike at the heart of our democratic values and the rule of law. It is imperative that leaders such as yourself take decisive action to address this issue and ensure accountability for those responsible.

I urge you to undertake the following immediate actions:

Initiate a thorough and independent investigation into the extent of the deceit within our intelligence agencies, with a focus on identifying those responsible and understanding the motivations behind their actions.

Hold accountable individuals found to have engaged in deceitful practices, ensuring that they face severe penalties commensurate with the gravity of their actions. This may include termination of employment, legal proceedings, and other appropriate measures.

Implement reforms within our intelligence agencies to prevent similar occurrences in the future. This should include strengthening oversight mechanisms, enhancing transparency, and improving training on ethical conduct.
Review existing policies and procedures governing intelligence activities to ensure they uphold the highest standards of accountability, integrity, and adherence to the rule of law.

The practical ramifications of allowing deceit to run wild and free within intelligence agencies has real world consequences in the United States. For example, since June 2020 I’ve been mired in a lawsuit against the CIA Checchi family – who clearly violated many laws and tried to unjustly kill me many times. This was my first (God willing, also my last) experience with the American court system. It was a constant traumatizing circus of daily, hourly battles with spies connected to the intelligence community who fabricated and exaggerated elaborate stories about me.

I must sit down some day and count it all up but something like 600+ fabricated and exaggerated stories were manufactured over the course of almost four years and presented in court. Many of these people were among my dearest friends at one point in my life. The Checchi’s went back to people I knew as far back as when I was four years old in kindergarten and paid many of these people from my past to lie and make up stories about me.

It has been difficult coming to terms with the realization that for most of my adult life I've been surrounded by deceitful, creepy spies and that genuine friendships have been scarce. This is a burden I still haven't processed. To a solitary person, friends are everything. To realize one has wasted so much sincere love and affection on such unworthy, game playing, deceitful people is a spiritual and emotional devastation that I never even knew could be a thing. Discovering that I've invested genuine love and affection in hundreds of individuals who turned out to be manipulative and deceitful spies is a sadness that I never imagined could exist.

This all was made possible because a culture of deceit has seeped deep into the veins of people in the intelligence community. Like a junkie shooting up heroin, deceit has become an addiction with many people in the intelligence community. This is not good for society because so many people are spies. You would know the details on this better than me, but it seems since 9/11 the number of spies has grown exponentially in America.

To make matters worse, many people have become very rich because they deceive, so this financial motivation is a strong magnet that pulls people away from a life of sincerity, integrity, authenticity, and genuineness. This is a recipe to create a societal wreck because so many people are spies. When people see others becoming wealthy through deceitful or unethical means, it can create a powerful temptation to follow suit, leading to a decline in integrity, a culture of dishonesty, and a lack of trust in people and institutions. When financial gain becomes a higher priority than values such as honesty, sincerity, authenticity, genuineness, and integrity, it leads to a society and culture where doing what is right or ethical becomes irrelevant. The common good is no longer a priority and selfish gain rules overall. When people become imprisoned in a life of selfish misery, society and democracy suffer at every level.

Not only did this judicial Checchi fraud waste the time and resources of all the Supreme Court Justices and their staff, but it also wasted the time and resources of countless people at the Department of Justice. Millions and millions of dollars were wasted because of CIA Checchi family deception. Because the CIA Checchi family group is so big, they could run circles around the limited staff of the DOJ and make them all exhausted. This is another reason why the Checchi family cult must be disbanded and splintered into a thousand pieces. Not only are they corrupt, but they also work to dismantle justice and the rule of law in America. They’ve been killing honorable and distinguished attorneys and judges for many years – killing people who would stand up to them and cause them problems in court. This alone should be cause for a permanent end of the Checchi group.

Furthermore, during my court battle with them over the last 3 ½ years, Kathy Checchi, Adam Checchi, Al Checchi, Oprah Winfrey, Donald Trump, David Kanuth, Michael Fisher and other Checchi cult leaders would kill innocent people by orchestrating mass shootings and school shootings whenever they would lose an aspect of the case in court. They lost all the time because it was clear they were deceiving by creating photoshopped photographs & “deep fake” videos, paying “witnesses” to lie, bribing my attorneys and impartial judges/Justices to not do their job, etc. It was a circus of nonstop Checchi deception, obstruction of justice, intimidation of witnesses & judicial professionals, and flagrant corruption. This is one reason why mass shootings and school shootings increased from 2020 through 2023 - they were constantly losing in court and retaliating by killing innocent people when they orchestrated a new terrorist event.

Another concerning situation during this time was their constant attempt to criminalize my work as a journalist. HUNDREDS of times they accused me of inappropriate or illegal conduct for simply sending a tweet, email or text to various leaders, celebrities, and sports stars. My intention was the fostering of discussion and awareness on important issues. This development has raised serious concerns about the potential criminalization of a fundamental aspect of journalism—sharing information with a broader audience to encourage dialogue and societal awareness.

I have shared my journalist writings with thousands of people – I’ve sent over 145,000 Tweets and over 500,000 emails. I was forced to respond to many of these fabricated accusations individually. This Checchi con-game was injustice on steroids and a massive waste of time - another CIA Checchi family fool’s errand. It was also against common sense. I believe in the importance of free speech and the right to share one's opinions, especially when it comes to matters of public concern. Checchi family criminalizing journalism and free speech as they represent the intelligence community should be punished in a public way so that other people in the intelligence community do not follow their example.

Another very, very concerning revelation during my court battle with them was the Checchi’s program of putting their serial killers into schools where they could get an education in criminal justice and criminology. This was done to train their killers how the system works to catch criminals. It came to light that the CIA Checchi family terrorist cult is very criminally active in Idaho - including when they orchestrated the murders of Kaylee Goncalves, Madison Mogen, Xana Kernodle and Ethan Chapin who were stabbed to death in Moscow, Idaho on 13 November 2022. The CIA Checchi family has created a program where they have serial killers who work for them get a criminal justice and criminology education, so they can kill people without getting caught. This didn't work out so well for Bryan Kohberger. This is more proof that the CIA family needs to be permanently stopped from their prolific abuse of power.

They have also orchestrated car "accidents" and the opioid epidemic. PART FOUR: AN OPEN LETTER to The Honorable Avril Haines, Director of National Intelligence

Subject: Obstruction of Justice and the CIA Checchi family

Dear Honorable Avril Haines,

As I mentioned in my last letter (part three), obstruction of justice was a constant theme and obsession for Kathy Checchi and David Kanuth who both have law degrees from Georgetown and Harvard, respectively. They know how to muck up the legal system and they used their education to obstruct justice on such a regular basis, you could predict every day – for almost four years - what was going to happen.

Obstruction of justice started in small ways when I first tried in 2020 to find an attorney to sue them. Once I got permission from the state of California to sue them in court, I had to find an attorney to help me. I had no money to hire an attorney. They interfered in every place I went to find legal help. No one would help me. Then, the Checchi’s killed another black kid, and I wrote to the famous civil rights attorney Ben Crump to tell him that the Checchi’s orchestrated the murder of this kid, and he should sue them directly for this murder. While I had his attention, I asked him for help in my case against them. I had a limited time in which I had to file a lawsuit against them. He took the case just as the time was about to expire.

He had one of his attorney’s help me. The Checchi’s ended up bribing this Crump attorney by giving him 3 million dollars in cash to “fall asleep” during a zoom proceeding and I lost the case. This corruption was grounds for an appeal, and I won. When I initially complained to the Supreme Court about this corruption, I was told Clarence Thomas said something like, “the constitution says you have the right to an attorney. It does not say that the attorney must be awake during the trial.” For four years there was a regular stream of Checchi corruption and this kind of jaded knuckleheadery constantly emanated from one place or another. Every hour of every day was painful, stressful, and corrupt.

Like clockwork the Checchi family cult leaders intimidated witnesses and got people to lie either by paying them, blackmailing them, or bullying/threatening them. Many of my old friends became instant millionaires. I was once contacted by an old friend who told me he lied about me because he has a little girl, and he was afraid of what they would do to her. Kathy Checchi and David Kanuth did such a good job at obstructing justice that Michael Fisher and Adam Checchi took notes and followed suit to join them in the constant parade of nonsense that was pure interference in the legal process.

The Checchi family cult leaders (Kathy Checchi, David Kanuth, Al Checchi, Adam Checchi, Michael Fisher, Oprah Winfrey, former President Donald Trump, Kate Checchi, Dr. Phil McGraw, Anika Paris/Perez, Eric Hawkins, Jane Velez-Mitchell, and other leaders of the CIA Checchi family cult) were very, very aggressive in obstructing justice. They took turns attacking me and doing things to obstruct justice.

They even got regular help in obstructing justice from Supreme Court Justices such as Clarence Thomas, Amy Coney Barrett, Brett Kavanaugh, Samuel Alito, John Roberts and occasionally Neil Gorsuch (for just putting this sentence in this letter I will suffer intense retaliation from the Supreme Court. One thing I have learned about these S.C. Justices: they are vengeful and spiteful… and seem to enjoy being so. Their affection for truth and justice can be frigid and aloof.). On more than one occasion it felt like I was being gang raped by Justices at the Supreme Court. Having no legal education, I often felt helpless on what to do.

I contacted law schools for help and the Checchi’s constantly interfered in this too. Deans of law schools became fearful for their lives and the lives of their loved ones. Professors at law schools also came under attack. The most dramatic attack were the parents of FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried who taught at Stanford Law School and were helpful – until they both came under attack. Since Adam Checchi controls the Crypto world (he helped invent Bitcoin from the shadows) he orchestrated a scheme to entrap and manipulate Sam Bankman-Fried and his parents, as punishment for helping me fight the corrupt Checchi family in court.

Law schools in Virginia were often helping me. In retaliation, the Checchi cult leaders orchestrated a mass shooting on June 6, 2023, in Richmond, Virginia following a high school graduation at the Altria Theater in the Monroe Park campus (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2023_Richmond_shooting). The Checchi’s had unprecedented access to Clarence Thomas. It became clear they were blackmailing Justice Thomas to make him such an obvious slave. I saw an interview with Justice Thomas. When the journalist asked if he was going to retire from the Supreme Court, he answered that he would not retire any time soon because he had “a debt to pay.”

If you want to get leaders to always obey you… blackmail them with child sexual exploitation, and you’ll get your way every time. Since Clarence Thomas was in a Catholic seminary, the most obvious crime to blackmail him with is child sexual exploitation. He is so subservient to the Checchi family that this likely has something to do with his teenage grandnephew who has been in the news. It makes people ask the question: why is a billionaire paying this kids’ education? Why is Clarence Thomas so subservient to the Checchi family? He has caused a lot of suffering in my life, but I do NOT think I should judge him or condemn him. I think it’s very likely Justice Thomas, his wife and his grandnephew all need to be freed from a life of Checchi slavery and oppression. I pray they will all be freed from Checchi tyranny so that Justice Thomas can work the remainder of his days on the Supreme Court free from undue influence and corruption.

If I'm not mistaken, the issue originates in the Senate, where Supreme Court Justices undergo their initial hearings. The Checchi’s obstructed justice by manipulating Senators who are also enslaved through Checchi family blackmail, bribery, or bullying. For example, the Checchi’s were able to block President Obama’s nomination of Merrick Garland to the Supreme Court, which paved the way for President Trump to put in Neil Gorsuch on February 1, 2017; Brett Kavanaugh on July 10, 2018; and Amy Coney Barrett on September 29, 2020. Since the Checchi family orchestrated the deaths of Justices Scalia and Ginsburg, the appointment of these new Justices altered the course of the Supreme Court, making it susceptible to manipulation by the CIA Checchi family. During the last 3 ½ years of this lawsuit, the Checchi family cult leaders have run circles around everyone as they waste court resources, file fabricated lawsuits, and exhaust everyone with drama. The fact that the CIA and military have not cracked down on these Checchi people quickly and with intensity is shocking and might be a dereliction of duty. I understand this Checchi situation is complicated because they control everything from large businesses to pharmaceutical companies, and many powerful people stand in line to help them – from the Supreme Court Justices to powerful politicians like President Trump and President Biden. But it’s also clear what the Checchi family is doing: pure corruption and obstruction of justice games that tilt the table in their favor.

Furthermore, it has become clear on occasion that the Checchi’s may have manipulated or bribed many judges in the past several decades to rule in their favor on certain issues that have created unconstitutional or questionable legal precedents that protect their corruption and stop the American public from having a just legal system that protects their rights. This is an area for legal scholars to investigate. From where I stand, there are some very questionable things that have gone on in the courtroom and the Checchi’s seem to be protected by legal precedents that seem unjust.

With his Harvard connections spanning six decades, Al Checchi gathered around himself the brightest legal minds and the most creative scientific minds. With these people he created a world where he was legally protected and empowered with new ideas to take over the entire country and eventually, the entire world. From creating diseases to kill people (Al Checchi donated a new science building for Harvard scientists) and recruiting doctors and dentists to inject these diseases into unsuspecting victims, the Checchi cult leaders have killed millions of people around the world, orchestrated the suffering of hundreds of millions of people worldwide and established themselves as the most feared, brutal family on Earth. They are a danger to public safety and world peace. They have used the intelligence community and their CIA badge to keep their evil deeds secret, hidden from the public.

President Biden will always do everything in his power to help them. Given this scenario, Biden's authority should be restricted due to the significant threat that the Checchi family poses to American democracy, the rule of law, and global peace, unmatched by any other family in history. As I will explain in more detail in my next letter, Kathy Checchi is not a bad person. She was my best friend for several years. But she lacks the ability to stand up to the corruption within her own organization. She loves her son, but her son is sick and very wounded from years of abuse and misuse as a child. A psychologist would be better able to describe this situation of an abused woman married to a man like Al Checchi for many decades. Leaders such as yourself, CIA leaders, military leaders, political leaders, and judicial leaders must all do everything possible to end this national and global Checchi nightmare. Countless millions of innocent individuals have endured immense suffering due to one individual's relentless pursuit of the title, “emperor of the world.” The entire world yearns for respite from the tyranny and aggression of the CIA Checchi family war machine. My books and emails are being censored, banned, and manipulated to go to the “junk” email folder of leaders in congress and state legislatures. I am daily subjected to intense retaliation and abuses of every kind – including continued financial abuse.

I hear the Checchi’s are trying to jail me by using the Espionage Act. I’ve never taken an oath of secrecy and I have no idea what is classified information and what is not classified information. I’ve done my duty to expose severe Checchi family corruption. They’ve told me many things that are classified, apparently. They are the ones who have exposed classified information to me and many Russians. They have a massive number of Russians to whom they illegally give secret information. Yet, they remain unpunished. They believe they are above the law and these rules do not apply to them. “We are the exception to all rules and laws” is the mantra they live by and repeat all the time.

In years past the U.S. government would have killed people like this without hesitation. Apparently, the problem is they keep intertwining their crimes with “schemes” they say are clandestine traps for the enemy or criminals. They did this when they orchestrated the January 6 “insurrection” and then took credit for (and got paid for) these mass arrests of “criminals.” Given the Checchi family reputation for entrapment and undue influence, this all seems like another CIA Checchi family scam.

It often happens at raves when Checchi spies (who are high on drugs) huddle in a corner of a club or in a hotel room and start talking about how bad the country is and what they can do to make it better. The ideas start flowing. I’ve observed that there is a direct correlation between the level of toxins in the bloodstream and level of stupidity that begins to take shape through these ideas. These ideas always sound better when one is drunk or high on drugs.

The reality is, this particular idea about Trump is just another way to attack conservative, republican voters – many of whom are uneducated, simple, hardworking, trusting people, with no or limited experience at high-level clandestine games such as the Checchi machine generates. However, I think playing these games with them is not fair, it’s not smart and it’s not legal – due to the heavy infusion of undue influence on Fox News and other tactics the Checchi cult leaders use. I've been told that the CIA Checchi family have started a massive "smear the queer" campaign against me as I reach all the people in Congress with my writing… in an effort to discredit my writing about them. They are sending photoshopped and manipulated photos of me with various men I dated. They are especially targeting law makers who are anti-gay, in an effort to create a bias against me. They have made dozens of compromising photoshopped photos & "deep fake" videos of me that they share liberally with many, many people. As you know, these manufactured photos have been thrown out of court because they were clearly manipulated fakes. Checchi family fraud, misrepresentations, and lies are a bottomless pit of abuse and distortion.

This act of retaliation breaches my rights as a whistleblower and it also violates my civil rights, if I'm not mistaken. If there is anything you can do to stop them from sharing these photos & videos in an effort to destroy my reputation, I thank you in advance.

Since this CIA Checchi family drama is my first real court experience, I have been patiently learning the ropes of both the legal and governmental halls of power. I am very concerned about the concerted persecution and retaliation efforts aimed at me by people who are supposed to be protecting me. I am being tortured and abused by the very government people who are supposed to be helping me. For example, I am forced (for almost six years) to live with people who work for the CIA Checchi family. They harass, threaten, attack, retaliate and torture me on a daily, hourly basis. I’ve tried to make the best of a very bad situation… but I should not be forced to live here. The first time they poisoned my food … and then my water… I should have been moved out of here.

Subject: Rules that guide intelligence community violate Americans right to fair trial

Dear Honorable Avril Haines,

This week I have more serious drama at the Supreme Court. I am frequently gang-raped by the multiple Justices who support the CIA Checchi family. CIA Checchi family corruption at the Supreme Court is extreme and real. The CIA Checchi family have unprecedented access to these Justices and can force them (through blackmail, bribery, and bullying) to do whatever they are told to do.

Kathy Checchi and her group of CIA people know what these Justices eat for breakfast, where their loved one’s work, what hobbies they do, who their friends are… the smallest private details of Justice’s lives have been recorded – all with the one purpose: manipulating and controlling these Justices. This has the real-world consequence of destroying the rule of law in America. The intelligence community must not allow this abuse to continue. If leaders of the intelligence community can’t stop this Checchi machine of exploitation, who will?

Lady Justice no longer wears a blindfold. The rich, powerful, and well connected have a massive advantage over the average citizen in court. The details of my court case against them are so secret, I often don’t even know what’s going on. As I have explained before, I have no experience at dealing with courts or government agencies like the CIA or the military. I know that I’m an American citizen and since 2020 I’ve been mired in a lawsuit against the CIA Checchi family as they obstruct justice and manipulate the judicial system. Attorneys are afraid to help me because the Checchi family kills people who help me. One story I know is true: around 2008 I was told some people in the CIA thought it was strange that so many CIA people had died early. In his discrete mode, Al Checchi had been killing fellow CIA people. I’m guessing he was killing people who were loyal to the Bush family. People demanded an investigation to find out who, if anyone, was killing CIA people. Kathy Checchi was given the job to investigate. Unsurprisingly, she found nothing unusual in the deaths of these CIA people. This is one example regarding how sneaky, manipulative, and untrustworthy the Checchi family can be.

I know this CIA family because I used to work for them in Los Angeles. I know they have started a terrorist cult that orchestrates terrorist events in America and throughout the world. I know they have killed innocent people when the courts have ruled against them in various aspects of this case since it has started. Hundreds of innocent Americans are dead. This court case I’m involved in is far bigger than me. The evidence is clear: the Checchi’s plan on destroying democracy and the rule of law in America. No one in the intelligence community can stop them?

The lack of clear communication (which is my daily experience) is a violation of my rights as a citizen. I deserve to know what I need to respond to as they continue to make fabricated and exaggerated claims against me. I should not have to hunt through twitter to try to decipher a code that may or may not be obvious or accurate. Sometimes the clues they give me are hidden in the comment sections of photos, videos, or charts on Twitter. The Checchi’s bought Twitter through their puppet Elon Musk so that they could deliberately sabotage this communication channel and keep me in the dark about what is going on in this legal proceeding.

The hoops I am made to go through are RIDICULOUS. Furthermore, I am subjected to constant psychological torture as this case drags on. When the Checchi’s lose an aspect of this case, I must watch them kill innocent men, women, and children as they throw constant childish terrorist temper tantrums. The intelligence community needs a special “Wreck Department.” They need to be frozen in the wreck department and leaders need to figure out how things got so bad for these people. They are a massive threat to national security and world peace. I am not the problem for exposing this extreme Checchi corruption and wreck of a family. They create their own problems and then blame other people, like me, for the wreck they have created. I have done nothing but defend myself against their constant fabricated and exaggerated claims.

Everything is compartmentalized in the intelligence community, and this has helped to create this Checchi problem. Who has allowed these Checchi monsters to grow so large and live with impunity? The Checchi family cult leaders work in teams 24 hours around the clock attacking me as a gang rape scenario almost every day. They deny me proper sleep, they deny me proper living conditions, they deny me basic exercise, basic affection, basic friendships, basic money for basic survival. They use me (against my will) as bait for their war against secret society people and they have made over six billions of dollars off me without paying me a dime. They have financially abused me for over 33 years! Why does the intelligence community allow this abuse, exploitation, and human trafficking?

They have not only hijacked Twitter, but they also daily hijacked my computer, hack into my written court documents, and delete important sentences, paragraphs, and entire sections from my court documents, to obstruct justice and tilt the table in their favor. They once put a spelling mistake in my court document and had Clarence Thomas reject it because of the missing letter in one word, which they created. The abuse I have been subjected to is extreme and unacceptable. They watch everything I do on my computer and in the house where I live so that they always have the upper hand and know what I’m doing or thinking. They always have the upper hand. Neighbors who work for them have cameras projected into the house to record and spy on everything that happens here. As it says in the Art of War, “what enables an intelligent government and a wise military leadership to overcome others and achieve extraordinary accomplishments is foreknowledge.”

By allowing them to spy on me 24 hours a day, they are given an extreme advantage. This is fundamentally unfair and un-American. They have even hijacked the Vermont state legislature to pass laws and further gang-rape me by politicians who work for them. For example, Representative Mike McCarthy lives in my district and works for the Checchi cult. He now sits as the chair of the House Committee on Government Operations and Military Affairs. He retaliates against me as he works for the CIA Checchi terrorists. The level of Checchi corruption in Vermont has become staggering. The Checchi’s killed a local politician named Curry Galloway who had been voted in as the local treasurer and city clerk in St. Albans, because they couldn’t control her. Then, they got the state legislature to deny the local voters the right to vote for this position. They are doing this sort of election interference all over the country. They must be stopped.

The intelligence community has failed the American people on at least two other issues: 1) when people do not uphold their oath to support and defend the constitution and 2) allowing the Checchi family cult leaders to abuse and use drugs and alcohol while they are working. When leaders in the military and the CIA don’t uphold their oath and attack people’s freedom of speech and freedom of press, maybe a clear set of rules needs to be established. I get the impression there are no rules being enforced. Why can’t they be demoted when they break the rules when they betray their oath to uphold the constitution?

PART SEVEN: AN OPEN LETTER to The Honorable Avril Haines, Director of National Intelligence

Subject: Constant Retaliation, Threats, and Theft of Money by Kathy Checchi and the CIA Checchi Family Cult Leaders

Dear Honorable Avril Haines,

I apologize that my letters have been so long. In summary: in this letter I am asking for your support to stop Kathy Checchi (and everyone from that Checchi network) from retaliating against me as a whistleblower. The financial abuse and other forms of retaliation continue to this very day, and it needs to stop. I am also asking you to please consider getting Kathy a long, well-deserved vacation from holding power in the intelligence community. We have all seen the Checchi’s abuse power for many years and they must be stopped from holding this kind of power. They’re like a three-year-old running with a butcher knife – this is not good. This must be stopped. They cannot be trusted with this kind of power at this time. They are sick and they need help.

Today my day started with a threat of retaliation from Kathy Checchi who is furious with me for what I have done in exposing Checchi family corruption and abuse of power: “Furiosa” Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga @MadMaxMovie · Mar 19 “She will return with a vengeance. Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga - Only in theaters May 24.” So, apparently, the month of May is going to be a massive show of Checchi vengeance – which David Kanuth and Kathy Checchi are preparing now. Not only are they preparing retaliation for May, but they also harass, threaten, retaliate, and attack me in various ways – every day. Michael Fisher and Adam Checchi are also involved in these daily attacks. If there is anything you can do to stop these attacks and ensure money arrives to me soon, I thank you in advance. I’m homeless and in need of medical care. Every time money is scheduled to show up in my life, they do something to keep me poor and vulnerable. Money will give me options and enable me to get the health care I need, if I can find a doctor that doesn’t work for them. These days, as you know, the CIA Checchi family has programmed thousands of health care providers throughout America and the world to be killers instead of healers. This is a big problem that must also be addressed and eradicated. Doctors, nurses, and other health care providers should not be spies or pressured to do spy work – they need to be focused on healing and caring from the heart for their patients. Creepy spy work interferes with the caring work of healers.

The fact that Kathy doesn’t acknowledge I have done nothing but defend myself against their constant attacks and lies – starting in 2016 when they illegally threw me in L.A. County jail for 8 months and then a mental hospital for a month because I told the truth to a judge (who, turns out, was working for them). As the years have passed, I would find out they lied to me hundreds of times, illegally lied to a judge so they could get a conservatorship over my life, were behind orchestrating school shootings & mass shootings as a form of retaliation to political & judicial leaders, killed two Supreme Court Justices, created Jeffrey Epstein and a massive world of international child sexual exploitation, created a war in Afghanistan so they could control the production and worldwide distribution of heroin, were killing judges and attorneys throughout the United States to stop them from standing up to their corruption, and much, much more… of course it became my obligation as a citizen to warn the American people of this extreme CIA Checchi family cult that was in the shadows attempting to destroy American democracy and the rule of law. Every citizen has the obligation to stand up to corruption and injustice – even if the wrongdoers have a CIA badge and federal protection.

I once interviewed a man named George Hecker who was on the tribunal that convicted Hitler's henchmen. He said to me, "Do you know what they said to us when we asked them why they allowed the murders of so many Jews... they said, 'we were only following orders.'

This idea has been my sole motivation and inspiration for doing what I have done in exposing CIA Checchi family corruption and abuse of power. By the way, the Checchi’s deleted that part of the interview I had recorded with Mr. Hecker on my computer, and they even broke into my apartment and replaced the hard copy CD I had put the interview on. They wanted that interview censored and they took that part out, without my knowledge or consent. They censor many books and interviews in order to bring their evil cult into power. They must not be allowed to censor any more. They only abuse this power to favor their malevolent cult and their evil plans to destroy American democracy.

I have no sense of retaliation toward the Checchi’s for all the wrong they have done to me and my family since 1989. From the killing of my parents and inflicting me with various diseases (from MS to my new heart problems), stealing my money and all my possessions, and much more… It is clear that I have been an object of their evil obsession for over 33 years. I don’t harbor things like vengeance or hatred in my heart because I believe these things to be a waste of time and energy. My days are limited, and I’m focused on more productive things.

What I do harbor in my heart is a clear commitment that I must do everything in my power to stop them from doing this evil to other people. They must be stopped. Kathy can declare she has turned over a new leaf and promise to be different in the future. She’s lied to me too many times and I won’t fall for her lies again. I hope her “conversion” is genuine. I wish her the best. But it will take time - a decade - to know if she is sincere.

Her recent simultaneous commitment to continued retaliation against me is a sign that her conversion is not sincere. A contrite, remorseful person is overcome with authentic humility and would never sit down and plan an intricate retaliation agenda against a whistleblower who is speaking the truth. My sincere goal this entire time has been to save innocent lives and preserve American democracy & the rule of law from a ruthless, brutal CIA family using taxpayer money to create an American monarchy. As I mentioned in a previous letter, I have known Kathy well as a best friend and I don’t think she is a bad person in her heart. I think she is a deeply wounded person. She has experienced decades of abuse – much of it subtle – as the wife of a psychopath narcissist, Al Checchi. Al can be extremely charming. He’s very smart, very experienced in worldly things. The last time I saw him in 2015 we talked at his kitchen table for 90ish minutes, and he told me that he had lived “a very sophisticated life.” At the time, I had no idea what he was talking about. In 2015 I was still very naïve about what I had gotten involved in with these people. But it was always clear to me from the first hello, that all the Checchi people were very insecure people. It would take me years to understand the depth of this reality.

I have no doubt David adores her and protects her. This causes me difficulty, however, when he sees me as the problem. I am not the problem. I just hope the future finds them spending their remaining time on Earth being productive with positive, uplifting things for themselves and others. The fact that they are dedicating themselves to my destruction and an intricate plan of retaliation is a sign they have not “seen the light” in any kind of conversion. It’s just more of the same abuse of power.

This entire CIA Checchi network is sick. They have infiltrated the FBI, the Secret Service, the Supreme Court, the Congress, the Senate, state legislatures, governor’s offices and more. They don’t deserve the power or license to kill. They don’t deserve the power to censor books, interviews, or the news. Their intimate connection with Russia is also a very, very big concern. There is no doubt they have broken the law and given top secret information to the Russians. Their minds are warped from something. A psychologist could explain this better than I can. But the bottom line is: you have got to stop these people from holding power in the intelligence community that we’ve all seen them abuse for many years. They need help. Something is very wrong with them.

In my own simple way, I’ve tried to make sense of it within myself. These are people I loved with a sincerity and purity that is genuine. But something is very, very off with them. Leaders like you, the military, the Oval Office, Congress, the Senate, the Supreme Court… you folks all need to be of one mind on this. This one family has inflicted a fatal cancer into each of these governing bodies and this has become an emergency for American democracy and the rule of law. It has also become an emergency for democracies worldwide.

In ending this letter, I'd like to address something for clarity: In my previous letter, I referenced the Jewish hero, Moses. Recognizing your background as a scientist, I understand that my reference to Moses and the Ten Commandments might not have resonated with a scientific perspective.

Here’s my point: These rules that have come into existence for societies around the world – for example, “thou shalt not kill” – have come from wisdom. In the least, they have come from over 3,000 years of vast human societal experimentation. Humans all around the globe and in many different cultures have confirmed these rules are good for society. I think it’s possible that a culture (for example within the CIA or the military) which ignores these long-tested rules creates psychological problems in people and in society. Ignoring these rules creates monsters. When breaking these rules in brazen displays of disregard, psychopaths are created and formed.

They say Moses was 80 years old when he came down from Mt. Sinai. Whether someone believes that God wrote these on a stone tablet and gave them to Moses or Moses himself went up Mount Sinai to get some space from crazy people in his neighborhood and thought to himself while he was up there, “you know what? We need some rules. These people are crazy.” At 80 years old he had seen some things. If he was wise and thoughtful, he had insights into what makes happy, healthy people. Honor your parents, don’t look at your neighbor and want the things he has, don’t just make up stories about people – be grounded in truth and sincerity, don’t just take things because you can, don’t kill, don’t cheat on the people closest to you, take a day off once a week and think about all the things you are grateful for, etc. These ideas may very well have come from an 80-year-old man who looked around at his people and drew some conclusions about what makes a happy, healthy person… Hence, what would make a happy, healthy culture or society.

When we don’t follow these basic, simple rules we step outside of what is healthy for humans. I can tell you right now, I haven’t taken a day off in years since this Checchi drama has mired my life. I am forced to work 12+ hours a day, every day and it’s not good. It’s not healthy. They are trying to kill me with constant stress because the CIA knows that it’s a scientific fact that stress kills people. This is one reason I am begging you people to bring an end to this Checchi obstruction of justice and the endless spy, judicial games. I deserve justice now. Soon it will be four years since this daily, hourly court drama has gone on. The money that the courts have awarded me is a symbol of justice. PLEASE do everything in your power to stop this Checchi family retaliation and abuse of power. PLEASE ensure I get this money now, this month.

Construction of the Francis Scott Key bridge started in 1972 and concluded in 1977. Considering the sly reputation of Al Checchi as chief domestic terrorist operative at the CIA (his most famous orchestration was bringing down the World Trade Center on 9/11 as a way to manipulate President George W. Bush to create a war in the middle east – for which he could then frame President Bush as a war criminal. The Bush family has been the Checchi family’s mortal enemy since the killing of JFK. It didn’t help things when H.W. Bush became director of the CIA in 1976. Bush-Checchi family resentments seem to grow as the years move on.)

“Key” is a Checchi family code word. It is reasonable to suspect that Al Checchi may have manipulated the engineering details of the Francis Scott Key bridge during its construction, ensuring vulnerability that a single ship strike could bring it down. The protective barriers would have to have been created in such a way that they could be evaded if the ship came at a certain angle. Targeting the one key support that held the entire bridge aloft would ensure the entire bridge would come down. This is now in the past and we all saw with our own eyes how it unfolded.

Looking to the future to prevent such domestic terrorism events, we must be sober minded and clear. With the Biden administration's ambitious infrastructure plans, which include revamping roads, rails, waterway ports, and bridges across America, concerns arise over the involvement of an army of Checchi-affiliated companies being involved in the construction or repair of these infrastructure projects nationally. The fear is that these projects could be rigged with covert triggers, serving as potential tools for future acts of terrorism in roads, bridges, rails and by sea - orchestrated by the CIA Checchi family cult, long after Biden's tenure in 30 or 40 or 50 years.

Secretary of Transportation, Pete Buttigieg, is by all accounts a very efficient and intelligent person overseeing these infrastructure projects. Allegedly, he is a staunch ally of the Checchi family. The fact that he is overseeing the implementation of these infrastructure projects of roads, rails, waterways, and bridges, is amplifying worries about the integrity of these projects overall. Not that Secretary Buttigieg would personally wish anyone harm or do anything intentional to harm America’s national security. But, by choosing Checchi companies to do the work on these projects… The possibility of a clandestine network, such as the CIA Checchi family cult, manipulating critical infrastructure raises profound concerns among Americans. This must be taken seriously as these projects get underway.

The Checchi family has shown over and over that they are a threat to public safety in America and beyond. Many see that America’s infrastructure is in desperate need of repair. Dear President Biden,

The ongoing pattern of abuse and manipulation orchestrated by the Checchi family terrorists is un-American. Over the past 3 ½ years I have been engaged in a legal battle against this evil group, witnessing a sick cycle: First, the Supreme Court Justices rule against the Checchi family based on evidence. Following each ruling against them, the Checchi family resorts to orchestrating terrorist events, such as the recent Baltimore bridge tragedy on March 26, 2024. Then the Justices reverse their decisions under duress, succumbing to intimidation, threats, blackmail, or bribery.

This alarming sequence not only undermines the integrity of our legal system but also poses a direct threat to national security. It is evident that the Checchi family's actions are driven by a mix of mental illnesses, substance abuse, and an insatiable lust for power.

I implore you to recognize the urgency of this matter and take decisive action to protect the integrity of our judicial system and the safety of our citizens. Leaders who enable and appease such terrorist activities must be held accountable, and measures must be taken to dismantle their networks.

Furthermore, it is imperative that victims of the Checchi family's crimes, myself included, receive the protection and justice guaranteed under the law. The Victims’ Rights and Restitution Act (VRRA) (34 USC § 20141) and the Crime Victims’ Rights Act (CVRA) (18 USC § 3771) explicitly afford us the right to reasonable protection from the perpetrators and their associates.

Negotiating or capitulating to the demands of these terrorists is not only futile but also dangerous. As your administration has rightly recognized, such actions only serve to embolden perpetrators and jeopardize the safety of innocent lives. We cannot afford to compromise our democratic principles or national security by engaging with those who seek to undermine them.

I urge you to take swift and decisive action against them to address this urgent matter and ensure the safety and security of all Americans. Failure to act against them will only embolden the Checchi family terrorists and perpetuate their reign of terror. Innocent Americans are depending on you to do your job and stop this Checchi insanity.

In all fifty states, the CIA Checchi family have been active in state legislatures for decades. It seems true that they control some states more than others. For example, states where the Checchi’s have lived (Minnesota, California, Massachusetts, and D.C.) seem to be more controlled by them than other jurisdictions. For example, they disenfranchised voters in St. Albans, Vermont when they killed the town treasurer (an important office to control if you want to pull financial scams/shenanigans on the public). After killing her, they manipulated legislators in Montpelier to pass a new law that would disenfranchise voters in this town from being able to vote for their treasurer. The Checchi’s want to control who the treasurer is and what they do. The Checchi’s want control of the money. It’s always about the money and power for the leaders of the CIA Checchi family cult.

An example of manipulating the legislature to do things that are not in the best interest of Vermont law enforcement and public safety is when they manipulated legislators to pass a law that catered to hard core drug addicts like heroin users. Checchi cult leader Michael Fisher is a heroin addict and has been shooting up heroin while he works for many, many years. Despite the military’s ban on drug use – he continues to work, while he’s high on drugs with impunity. He might get a small fine now and then, but since he has many billions of dollars, he doesn’t care about these fines and his drug abuse continues from year to year. The Checchi cult leaders use illicit drugs as a reward for their many cult members.

The Checchi drug cartel makes billions of dollars off their drug trade and these drugs are also used to assassinate specific people on their kill list. Because of my ongoing lawsuit against the CIA Checchi family, I have personally become a target of all these state reps who serve the Checchi cult. Allegedly, Rep McCarthy is a very loyal CIA Checchi cult leader in Vermont. He serves the Checchi family as Chair of the military (CIA) affairs committee and vice chair of the special committee of impeachment inquiry which picks up its work again soon as they seek to get rid of the local Sheriff in Franklin County. Their plan is to lessen law enforcement so that crime will spiral out of control, or they plan to hire someone else as sheriff who will then harass and stalk me. Any help you can be at containing McCarthy’s antics would be appreciated. He’s being used as an instrument of retaliation as he supports the CIA Checchi family. Allegedly, his private business of “solar panels” is a front for Checchi bribes they pay him. The Checchi family additionally engages in bribery of politicians and other leaders, enticing them or their close family members to invest in stocks and cryptocurrencies. Through these investments, they illicitly channel funds to politicians while simultaneously manipulating the market through insider trading tactics.

In the video of state representatives, you will also see Representative James Gregoire. He owns a small grocery store and gas station I used to be a customer at because his gas is cheap on Wednesdays. Allegedly, the Checchi’s funnel money to Gregoire by having their local spies do business at his store. This extra money has funded massive renovations in the store to make it much, much nicer than it was. The Checchi’s typically like to also exploit children when they can. Gregoire has a young son that the Checchi’s have exploited.

Representative Gregoire is on the human services committee. As you will hear in the video, he has been working on “psychiatric residential facilities like Woodside” … they are trying to “find a new facility.” I can’t help but think this is all code for these knuckleheads saying that they are trying to put me in a mental institution. TWICE the feds have stopped local politicians in Vermont from causing problems for me on this front. The Checchi’s will go to no expense to discredit my writing and work as a journalist. You'll see that McCarthy and Gregoire are sitting next to each other in the video at the link above. That is no mistake. It appears that McCarthy is telling Gregoire what to say and what to do.

As every farmer in Vermont knows, to resolve a problem, you must get to the root of the problem. In this case the root of the problem is the CIA Checchi family. There are so many parts to this mess at the state legislature that the Checchi’s orchestrate and control. Your help is desperately needed to investigate it and resolve the corruption.

In this video (43:25-30) you will also see a state representative complain “we don’t have an education funding problem; we have an education spending problem.” This is also being orchestrated by the CIA Checchi family. Since the Checchi’s are addicted to exploiting and abusing children, they grab control of the schools and leaders at these schools to gain access to the children. The Checchi’s are desperate to stop my communication with these leaders.

For example, the Checchi’s have successfully blocked my emails from reaching many of these education leaders by getting superintendents of school districts to be part of Google Workspace. Google is a Checchi company that does not support constitutional rights of free speech or a free press – they routinely block my emails from arriving as I attempt to warn these education leaders (and county government leaders in many states) about the dangers posed by the CIA Checchi family cult.

In this video you will hear a state representative complain about the increased crime rate and the overburdened judiciary (49:33) which is “a real problem.” This spike in crime is another orchestrated CIA Checchi family manipulation. Since the Checchi’s control the drug trade, they bring in drug dealers from New York state and Massachusetts. Now that legislators have been manipulated to pass laws making it safe for drug addicts, it’s open season on this kind of crime in Vermont. Drug addicts steal to pay for their drugs… so this kind of crime also goes up. This video also shows a state representative who is part of Kathy Checchi’s group. The feds confronted her about being part of a scam where she was going to be paid one million dollars to discredit me and spread rumors about me that weren’t true. To her credit, she admitted being part of the scam and the feds were able to stop her before it got out of control.

In this video you will hear a state representative explain the Checchi orchestrated problem where they create vacancies in many departments (1:06:30). This is one way the Checchi’s create chaos. “50% [of good, qualified people] leave in the first six months and then if you don’t stay the first six months, you’ll be gone in a year. It’s a crisis in Vermont.” This crisis is 100% being created by the corrupt CIA Checchi family and they are playing these games in many, many states. One CIA family should not be this powerful. They are, in a gradual way, dismantling the constitution (law and order) and disconnecting common sense from law making. All this is being done by sophisticated bribery, blackmail and bullying schemes.

As Representative Raskin once pointed out, it’s the “rule or ruin” philosophy. If the Checchi family does not rule over everyone and everything, they will ruin everyone and everything through violence and out of control crime.

To make things even more difficult for leaders such as yourself, the Checchi’s have made the rule: kill or be killed. Leaders have no option but to kill them all. If they are not killed, they will kill you and your entire family for standing up to them. It’s that simple. This is their rule.

Failure by leaders to address this situation seriously will result in a significant loss of lives, as evidenced during Trump's presidency. The casualties were not limited to the United States alone; given the global reach of the CIA Checchi family's network, millions worldwide perished.
